Last Wednesday, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board fined the Foxwoods Casino with a total o $116.000 ($2.000 a day since the last first of December) as they did not provided any document regarding the construction of a casino in Delaware, whose license had been provided a long time ago. A new hearing will take place on the 3rd of March, and Foxwoods casino would be facing the possibility of being fined again, and even loose the license to build the new casino. Last September, Foxwoods was given a two-year extension license, as far as they would provide with a temporary casino facility equipped with 1.500 slots by the end of March 2011. However, as the estate of Pennsylvania has just approved the table games at land based casinos, Foxwoods may be entitled to open a bit later in 2012.
